A week of boredom and heat

Yes, it was the Chinese New Year alright.

Nothing much each year, seriously.

No children running about.

No shouting and screams of joy.

Just another plain old somewhat daily-routine-like week,

the only extra thing was the red packets and the scorching heat,

melting each and every bloody ice cube right before you could even put them in your mouth.

Oh, and there was fireworks,

all over town. Of course it’s illegal you idiots.

Then there was food.

When I say food, it was LOTS of food.

Just some pictures I have taken right before my camera ‘pengsan-ed’

Stop by at McD Autocity for breakfast and to pick up granny’s new Cambodian maid.

Whoa, smooth drive all the way, except when you come across huge lorries and slow pokes.

Wow, would you look at that. Typical Malaysians on the road, what back seat belts, what safety helmets, who cares, they are practically made of steel.

In Malay, place for hawkers are called “kawasan menjaja”, bukan? Place for smoking “kawasan merokok”.

But, there’s another special one. Inilah kawasan kemalangan, KHAS untuk berlakunya kemalangan. LOL
