Woke up as early as possible to get as many shots as possible. Waking up early is always one of the basic and most important rules for travelling.
Japanese guy working there. They are so dedicated to their work that they finish waving to the customers then only they allowed themselves non-work-related things. Just like this guy over here.
Wooo…in the morning you have vapour coming out of your mouth…my favourite…I remembered everyday in Korea I had this to play with…WHEEEE
I was actually very disappointed when I got off Kansai Airport because nothing came out when I breathed out…HMPH Not cold enough.
WTF…Do you even need to have SUCH HUGE WORDS!!!???
Welcome to Tooooookyo…
Tokyo bridge…
Tokyo city…
Tokyo futuristic looking boat…
Tokyo buildings…
More Tokyo buildings…
Tokyo parking lots…
Tokyo temples…LOL
I kind of like this random lucky shot with the little boy right in the middle of the huge road.
This is the famous Ginza consisting of hundreds of branded shops and the street is very very long. All the major brands are here like Burberry, Zara, Shiseido, Yamaha…just to name a few…
This is the 8th street…
Shot from Tokyo Tower…I have issues with high towers…I can feel them…vibrating or swaying fearing it would fall off. LOL Anyway it’s all in my head.
There are more pictures in my brother’s compact using the built in miniature effect setting. They look much cooler with that effect.
In the lower floor below the level you come out of the lift, you’ll have these stupid scary windows which you could look through them to have a view of what’s underneath…OMG
This must be the town before Tokyo Tower was built on.
Next we headed down to Toyota showroom thingy which is…kind of boring. Anyway the above is a car that no driver is needed. Yes it drives on its own and you have to pay to hitch a ride and again…you have to wait for your turn. It’s still a future car in development for the time being.
There is no freaking thing in Japan you don’t need to pay for!!!
Oh yea…let me drive you home…:D
And then there’s this really huge Hello Kitty/Sanrio store beside.
Then there’s a toy shop…Japanese loves toys…you rarely see them holding PSPs and Gameboys, yea only we get cheated by them into buying things they make. Even DSLRs are not that popular in Japan considering MOST of our cameras are Japanese made. We’re just dumb enough to give them our money. HAHAHAHAHA
Bla bla bla..shopping again…so expensive shopping place…bla bla bla…
Holiao leh, their store I mean showroom somore can change colour eh leh…However none of these are for sale.
HOHOHOHO…dinner…crabs from Hokkaido.
Huge Ultraman…every one passes by this must take at least one picture. Actually we did not plan to go downstairs to look at these stuff and also didn’t think of venturing further down to the mall, WHICH was also closed by the time we got there. Anyway, the best thing about going on vacation is to see local stuff and their beautiful parks(M’sian parks just suck) rather than just visiting tourist spots. The last time we went to Hong Kong we too had time to visit the local museum and park. Something other than just shopping.
Musical fountain again, after the show you can hear birds chirping too…How cool is that.
They have a ferris wheel and a coaster and also some other rides around the area…it’s like Pesta but in a more civilised manner and next to a mall.
Hotel next to the Tokyo Dome. Here there are literally hundreds and thousands of LED lights shining EVERYWHERE!
Lucky to watch the last small presentation of the lights with music-“somewhere over the rainbow”
Awhhh…isn’t that romantic…
This is one of the coolest…the arches changes colour forming a moving rainbow…now you see it’s red, you stand a while and you get orange then yellow and so on…
We were lucky AND cold to get to watch this last show for the night. It wasn’t THAT amazing but better than anywhere else in M’sia. Not many places offer FREE music fountains.
Wooo Japanese girls…asked me to help them take pics…using a…compact camera…really pantang compacts in low light lah omg…OOPS
WOOOOOOO…I just loveeeed this dome thingy filled with lights…It dances according to the music played but you have to look at the time to see when it plays exactly.
Then there’s this weird looking dome for plants to grow in it.
There is also this VERY beautiful and romantic place for couples to hang out. Again at a certain time, a song is played and the lights just blink and all sorts…but the bells don’t ring, that’s a pity.
After this we had HOT bottled coffee bought from a vending machine. Anything you need, you just need to find a vending machine but of course don’t forget their shops close at 8 p.m. where else do you find things to drink and eat after that…
After all that we were finally exhausted. Need rest for the next day to DISNEYLAND!
